How much will my floor cost?
It depends on the size of the room, the floor you choose and the state of the subfloor, so we don’t guess. After a free survey you get a fixed, written quote with everything itemised.
Do you supply the flooring, or just fit it?
Either. We can source the boards, blocks, vinyl or carpet for you, bring samples to choose from, or fit materials you’ve already bought.
How long does a typical job take?
Most single rooms are fitted or sanded in one to three days. Parquet and larger projects take longer because adhesives and finishes need time to cure. We’ll give you a timeline with your quote.
Do I need to move out or clear the room?
You don’t need to move out. Rooms need to be empty while we work; we can help move heavier furniture if you let us know in advance.
Can you work over underfloor heating?
Yes. Engineered wood, parquet blocks and LVT all work with the right adhesive and a proper warm-up schedule. We check your system during the survey.
