How we do it.
Prepare
Old coverings lifted, subfloor ply-lined or smoothed with levelling compound.
Plan
Planks set out so cuts at doorways and walls stay balanced.
Fit
Bonded or clicked into place and rolled for a firm bond.
Seal
Edges trimmed and sealed where water is likely, like around baths and kitchen units.

Is LVT really waterproof?
The planks themselves are. In wet rooms we also seal the edges and use a suitable adhesive so water can’t get underneath.
Why does subfloor prep matter so much?
Vinyl is thin and follows the surface below. Any bump or dip shows through, so we smooth the base first.
